A Spring of Love

Springs of Love is a Novella written by three very talented authors. Laura Hilton, Rachel Good and Thomas Nye. You will enjoy each story in this collection.  I am going to write a review on  Sold on Love written by Rachel Good rather then revving each story.  What I enjoyed most about this story what the way Rachel gave such details in her writing. Good made you feel through her writing as if you were right there engaging with the characters and being witnesses to the events I thoroughly enjoyed each story and not one author in this Novella will let you down.  You will enjoy and engaged with each story this Novella contains. I look forward to other books written by each of these authors. ABOUT THE AUTHOR Rachel J. Good grew up near Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, the setting for her Amish novels. A former teacher and librarian, she completed her master of art from Vermont College while raising five children. She is presently a master...

Abiding Mercy

EXCERPT      "We've located the car, " Agent Sanderson announced. Roslyn gripped the edge of the desk for support. Consumed in a fog of numbness, she swayed in place as Agent Sanderson dismissed two of the agents from the room with a head nod. She sucked in a breath and let it our slowly.     "And Andriana?" Roslyn searched the agent's eyes. His indiscernible expression masked what he knew, but the suspected he wouldn't have called them into the room without additional information. She gripped the desk nighter, her knuckles turning white with effort. The wait was to much. "Do you have news about my daughter or not?'     "Not yet," Sanderson replied. "our K9 units have been dispatched. If the child was in the chicle they took after abandoning the jJaguar we'l know shortly. The dogs will pick up your daughters scent int he Buck Skyhawk". The above excerpt  is just a tease on what you can expect in Ruth Reid Abidi...
An Amish Christmas Love is a beautifully written Novella  by Beth Wiseman, Amy Clipston, Ruth Reid and Kelly Irivin. Each story will not disappoint you at all, and will leave with a warm feeling of hope and knowing good people are still out there. I have decided to do a review on Amy Clipston  The Christmas Cat. I just love the title, because if you know Amy you know the love she has for cats. In this story we meet a widow Emma who is struggling at Christmas without her beloved husband who has passed on. One evening she finds a stay tabby on her porch and as much as she didn't want the cat, the cat had other plans and made itself comfortable in her home. I just loved this sweet story by Clispton. She always has a way of just making each character very special rather a person or a cat. In the end Emma realized just how much she needed this stray tabby and the tabby needed her. You can read this sweet story of Emma and Hank (tabby).  I was given a copy of this boo...
This title makes me think of my childhood and the many dinners shared a round the table with family and friends. At dinner time we were expected to be at the table and sit down to eat as a family. I wonder how many homes in America actually do this? The table is truly the center of family time. It is important as anything else you do in your life. I can't wait to be encouraged and inspired by Amy Clipstons next book. A Place at Our Table.  I had a chance to interview Amy and ask her questions about her family and her table and what take place. Here is what she had to say. 1.  What would your husband say is your best and worst cook attempts? RESPONSE: Joe would say my best was Parmesan chicken. He says I once tried to make a roast when we were living in our first house, and it turned out as a disaster. I don’t remember this, but he insists we laughed about it. 2. What's something you have wanted to cook but fear cooking? RESPONSE: I wish I had ...
