Ever just get stumped when it comes to cooking, especially what to make for dinner.  I think of dishes that I can make that isn't only tasty, but what takes only one dish. I just love one dish meals or (casseroles) it makes cooking and clean up easy.  This week I went to one of my favorite recipe books by one of my favorite authors Wanda Brunstetter, called Amish Cooking Class. If you didn't know, Wanda also has a series of books out called Amish Cooking class, they are a must read and to be added to anyones library. This hamburger dish was a success and approved by my husband, so now I have another recipe to be added to my must go dishes when I am not sure what to make. My Thoughts I just finished reading Kathleen Fuller's The Teachers Bride, in Fullers Amish Brides of Birch Creek series. I was captured at the first turn of the pages and I couldn't bring myself to put this book down. I guarantee you won't want to put it down either. There was something in this book and Fuller's writing that made each character feel very genuine that you could actual relate to the characters, and perhaps even know some that are very similar to those in this story.
