It's a very busy time of year at the local sweet shop where Kaite Chupp works, with the festivities nearing around the corner; Katie has been busy baking and preparing wonderful treats for customers to pick up. One morning she arrives to work and quickly realizes things aren't the way she left them the night before, and in that moment she realizes there has been an intruder. Will Katie be able to determine who her intruder was and why they did it? In this story, we see Katie's wonderful heart and her ability to visualize the larger picture at hand. What if we looked at situations the way God sees them, and see His guidance before we act? God already knows the beginning, middle and end of every circumstance, why not seek his understanding in situations we aren't sure how to handle. It was a pleasure to read this book. It was a quick read with some suspense. I look forward to reading other books from this author.
A place for book reviews on the Amish and a place for people to come together and talk about their interest in the Amish and simple living.
