Recipe Wednesday

I know I am one day late friends, but trust me this recipe is worth the wait. Today I bring a new recipe from a new cookbook by Wanda Brunstetter and trust me you won't be disappointed how good it taste and how easy it is to make. I have said it before and I will say it again, I love casserole dishes. One dish and easy clean up plus I think casseroles go a long ways in feeding many peopler having left overs.
