Recipe Wednesday

I have been a little missing in action lately but for good reason. We have had friends in and been in Lancaster, Pa. While I was in Lancaster I stopped in one of my favorite places and picked up Zook's pot pies. I love bringing them home and freezing them on nights like tonight when I have be running all day. This evening is Zook's pot pie. I hope you visit them while visiting in Lancaster county and take some home for you family. Simple, and delicious.
